Great service and team going above and beyond!

My partner and I started looking for our first house around July-August this year and went to a couple of inspections in the area and met Lauren, a team member of Greg Bates from Lifestyle real estate who assisted us by keeping us informed of properties coming to the market/on the market and organising inspections when requested on short notice. Once we found our dream home, both Lauren and Greg assisted us as first home buyers(in which we didnt have a clue what to do) with organising a conveyancer and a building and pest inspection as soon as the offer was accepted. The great service did not stop there though! During the pre-settlement inspection we located an issue with the front door in which it could not be unlocked/locked from the outside and had to be held up and then locked/unlocked from the inside. I sent numerous emails to my conveyancer who spoke with the vendors solicitor and a reply was given that the door would have been "hard to open" at the time of exchanging contracts, meaning it will most likely be us who has to pay to get it fixed now. One day before settlement and I get a ring from Lauren who states that Greg, on behalf of Lifestyle Real Estate had organised their own tradesperson to go and fix the door and showed a video of it working! (this was not paid by the vendor) Thank you very much to Lauren, Greg and the rest of the team for your great service and making this very easy for us starting a new chapter in our lives.
