Greg’s been selling the Gympie and surrounds for years!! If fact we almost brought a cheap & cheerful off him years ago for 130k. Flood house though! We sold our house pretty much in the middle of the boom when it was the best time! I’m not sure if the local real estate’s could believe the market!!
