Great experience - great result

Greg Bolto is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. At our first meeting he was very well prepared with reports regarding the market, recent sales in the area and the options for the sale. He clearly explained the process of going to auction and gave us confidence that we would reach the reserve price. Greg was always very quick to respond to our emails and phone calls, he was happy to answer any queries and explain any details we were unsure of. On auction day he and his team were great. Greg reads the crowd very well and is quick to determine who the serious bidders are. At the fall of the hammer the final sale price was over reserve and beyond our expectations, especially considering the market at the time.
