I have worked with Greg Bowring from early 2023 when I first sought advice on selling my company's property . At every point he was highly lucid in explaining what was required and giving clear advice as to the pricing and marketing of the property . Once we had decided to sell he clearly guided me though the steps for a campaign . At all times we had considered and informed discussions as to strategy and he then conducted a campaign which left no stone unturned in terms of presentation of the property ,where it was listed and constant follow ups on response and client inspections. After a fizzer of an auction,not surprising in this economic climate , Greg followed up with those clients who had shown some real interest . This work was intense and my brother and I were in constant consultation with Greg. This hard work paid off with a sale for which we are very grateful .
