I approached Greg Brown with view of selling my property at 7 King St, Geraldton. The house had been privately rented for 15 years, and was in need of some maintenance, I thought $15-20K. Greg advised to leave as a house needing some repair, and to market at median price for the area. we had some virtually immediate responses, and were able to choose the best options. I eventually settled for about 20K more than asked. Greg was diligent throughout. He maintained daily phone contact with me, and visited several times to my home to sign papers and explain any moves from buyers.
