Greg helped us achieve a record sale in our street. He brought with him an excellent team to help get out place ready for sale with garden maintenance, spot painting and display furniture that showed our house at its best. His excellent communication along with planning meetings kept us up to date with what was happening and he went the extra mile to make sure everyone who was interested in the our house was as informed as they could be. His auctioneering skills were spot on and the house sold for well above our expectations. I'd sell with him again, no questions asked.

We found Greg very professional in that he was responsive and keen to help in anyway he could. Calls were responded to very quickly. Greg is personable and friendly. The only issue we had was that the estimated price for the house that was given out by Greg and the other members of the team during inspections was considerably lower than what the reserve was for the auction (200k difference). I found this disappointing but in all fairness this may not have been controlled by Greg for all I know.

As PA to our agent, Greg always provided a bright and friendly disposition through both personal, phone and electronic communications. We appreciated the constant updates on OFI's and potential buyers comments.
