I found Greg a very professional agent. It was no trouble for him to meet us at short notice on the first day we found the advertising for the little house in Nuneaton street Maryborough Q., I was very taken with the property we viewed, and as I was up from Lowood just for the purpose of looking for a smaller house than I already lived in, I made an offer. I then took off back to Lowood 3 and 1/2 hrs drive. By the time I drove into my driveway Greg was on the phone telling me that the offer had been accepted. From then on everything just fell into place. Piece by piece. He was dealing with a deceased estate and a family of 6 children, which all had to agree with every decision. This didn't deter Greg he managed the situation very professionally and came back to me with the answers, over and over. Every enquiry I made to Greg he had the solutions for me. There was too many instances to explain here and all I can say is he surely earned his commission. I found him to be a very nice person to deal with and I thank him for all his work.
