When you are ready to list the whole team of agents come and inspect the home so that they know all about it if they have a buyer who might be looking for something similar. We dealt with Troy and Phil throughout the selling process as well and would highly recommend their services as well. Troy is so easy going and willing to spend that extra hour or so with a buyer and he comes in on public holidays and Sundays to get contracts signed :D Phil spent the time to talk with us in the evening about additional clauses we didn't understand.
