My brother owned, with his late wife Janelle, the above houses in Wagga. The sale was necessary to finalise Janelle's estate. He asked me to handle his vendor's aspects, as he did not get on with Janelle's executor. Greg works as a team with his wife Larissa. I found they provided a highly professional service. Greg recommended a sales strategy that matched the heated Wagga market. Open inspections were held for 2 weeks to gauge interest before sale prices were set. This resulted in the sale price being higher than previously recommended, but not so high that few offers would be received. Auction alternatives were discussed. Greg advised for auctions in Wagga, purchasers had difficulty securing finance before the auction. This meant a large segment of the market could not bid. After review the recommended strategy was adopted. The sale marketing and advice on offers was all handled in a very professional manner. Greg dealt with the 2 differing vendors (estate and Warren) with full disclosure ensuring both parties were equally fully informed. No differences between the vendors thus arose.
