After looking at countless units on the Sunshine Coast to buy, Greg was the only agent that actually seemed interested in trying to sell me one by actively engaging me as a buyer, calling me for feedback and suggesting properties. One comment would be that Greg needs to be more diligent regarding his investigation of existing condition of property, particularly when in a complex that is under a body corporate with an overseas owner who may not be fully across all issues or know what issues are required to be disclosed. Reliance on owners account of existing conditions caused issues in the sale process that were luckily identified by me in undertaking my own checks. Despite the issue from this sale and assuming that most owners would be across all issues, Greg is a great agent who I would definitely look to sell a property through as I know that he's going to do his best to sell it. As a buyer, you are responsible for doing your own checks and inspections as the agent may not be across everything.

The whole experience was a breeze. Greg was always available and willing to help.
