Greg Costello a long time friend was engaged to market and sell my home in Beaumaris not simply because of his unquestionable reputation but also because importantly, his integrity and ethics and extraordinary negotiations skills. We were confronted with a rapidly changing market late 2024 and despite this, Greg didn’t wilt, remained positive and importantly was very open with me to explain all possibilities. Nothing but praise for Greg and testimony to that, he still remains one of my great friends. A great outcome!
