Kept us informed on inspections and enquires. Followed up email texts in a timely manner.

We have used Greg on many occasions, he is a professional and wouldn't hesitate to use Greg again.

Greg has excellent market knowledge, including the particular type of property I was selling. Great communications skills, I was always kept up-to-date as to the listing, inspections etc.

Greg returned calls, met us at the property on the occasions we needed access. Very lovely man, communicated well between parties

Greg displayed an excellent understanding of the local real estate market and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the current economic climate. Every question I had, he gave an honest and thorough response. Most importantly he navigated a great outcome in a “subject to” deal that required patience and experience. 10/10 service.

Easy to work with, great communicator and always willing to go out of the way to help.

I strongly recommend Greg Davis and the team. A big thank you for getting a terrific result for the sale of our property. I appreciate the professionalism through out this process.

Strong local market knowledge

Greg was very helpful when he took over from the original agent that we dealt with. We found him very honest and open to deal with.

From the first time we met Greg at an open house, he provided us with everything we needed. He was extremely open with communication, he was able to explain all aspects of a house, he was able to find out any information we needed. Greg followed up on previuos house inspections and encouraged us to put our bet foot forward. Greg was more than happy to meet us for follow up ispections even if it was on his day off. My wife Shelley and myself are extremely happy with our purchase and look forward to becoming part of this community going forward and thank Greg for helping us through this process. Greg is an extremely professional Real estate agent and we are both more than happy to recommend his services to others.

Was very easy to communicate with and very helpful

Greg was great to deal with we discussed what we wanted in the way of sale price and he agreed with our estimate a lot of other agents valued it 50k under what Greg estimated he was right on the money got a little bit more than we expected sold in 4 weeks what more could we ask for we would highly recommend Greg from Barry plant in cowes to anyone
