Falling market with few buyers made it a challenge!

My fully renovated house sold eventually after nearly 4 months in a very quiet falling market. it's sold under expectation, which I thought was realistic, but I decided to call it a day and take what I could get. He kept me in touch with any offers every week. The auction was a bit of a waste of time due to the state of the market. We changed our price tactic many times eventually selling at the lowest end of our pricing range.
