Greg has helped us sell two properties, one recently and another two years ago. We would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying in his area. The most recent listing was in March this year. Once COVID-19 shutdowns were imposed, we expected no progress till that was lifted. We were very pleasantly surprised that Greg powered on, found and negotiated with a buyer, co-ordinated efforts with our rental agent, organised inspections and work that needed to be done pre sale and even with our solicitor. I'm sure the buyer was just as satisfied as it ended up as a win win situation. Previous sale involved a number of parties which could be tricky but Greg seemed to navigate it very well. He was actually the second agent for that property and was like a breath of fresh air. He knows what he is doing and kept us informed even when things were a bit slow. Didn't run for cover but gave us regular reports on level of interest in our and similar properties in the area. A truly good agent from start to finish with even a follow up once the job is completed.
