We had several agents look at Mum's property to provide an appraisal and their marketing strategies. Greg was by far the most positive as far as vision for the potential in the property and the type of buyer to which it would appeal. His target price was realistic and at the higher end of the average quoted. Not only did he sell within two days of listing, he sold it at the right price and to exactly the right people. Sale and settlement took place within one month of listing with Greg. The whole process was a good news story and although we feel very lucky the way things eventuated we also feel that without Greg we would not have been anywhere near as lucky. Mum calls it a "Godincidence". How much higher can you rate an agent than being able to incite divine intervention!
