The team behind the scenes got our house looking its absolute best in a very short time frame, with very little effort required by us. While we achieved a little less at auction than hoped at the outset, we were happy with the outcome and were relieved to have got what we'd originally expected for our home. I've know Nick Hayes for a long time now - having bought a large number of cars from him in a previous life and now to selling my unit with him. What i like about Nick is that he calls a spade a spade, is very efficient and comes through with the goods! He's also very pro active - wasn't even thinking about selling my apartment but he approached me and said "how would you feel if we could get you this price?". And, in the end he got that price which i was extremely happy with. I can't recommend Nick and the team at Belle high enough!
