Well, where do I start. Firstly Greg sold my property for $2,005,000. A record sale for a home of this type. After interviewing many supposedly expert agents in the industry not one was interested in the property. they where only interested in them selves. Greg was solely committed to my needs. The communication from the start to the end was oustanding, especially when you take into consideration I was overseas during the marketing campaign and the auction. Greg handled everything. In terms of the price that we achieved might have been ambitious from the start. Greg was confidence that it was possible. He knew the home was going to set a benchmark. He was aware that it required a unique buyer who would appreciate a home like this. He articulated this perfectly by producing over 10 interested parties who fought for it on the auction day. The auctioneer Peter Matthews did also fantastic job. He didn't rush to get it sold. In fact the auction lasted close to 45 minute. Mind you on the 30 minute mark the property had already met our reserve. However he kept on going and going to get as much as possible. Finally, if you are a vendor thinking of selling . I'm telling you you MUST use Greg.
It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with Greg. I had very strong opinions and very high expectations about what my agent should do. I can say without any hesitation that Greg excelled in every way. He took care of all preparations of my property before going to the market: painting, few floor installation, styling, etc. I, literally, didn't have to do anything at all.
