Yet to meet Greg in person, but purchased the above property following phone and email interactions with Greg - settlement is Friday week 4/11/16. Newcastle based son inspected property. Googled Greg and read he'd been selling real estate since 1977 so thought that if he was dodgy it would be found out by now. I found Greg to be very professional, ethical and knowledgeable. He was very easy to talk to and was very responsive and reliable in forwarding information about the property to inform my wife and I in our decision to buy. Looking forward to meeting him in person!
