This is the second property that Greg has marketed for us and once again we are very happy with the outcome. We are based overseas but this was no obstacle for Greg: he was in contact with us regularly before the campaign commenced and once it launched he went out of his way to keep us informed. Despite our remote location he managed all the relevant issues for us, both big and small. His liaison with prospective buyers was at all times courteous and respectful. He does not cut corners or mislead potential purchasers. We achieved a price for the property which exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

Having met Greg Hawkins from Elders Real Estate, Bankstown several years ago, and then purchased a property at Bankstown over seven years ago, established a very close and trusting relationship over the years. The property purchased then was used as a family residence, and on Behalf of Elders, Greg and I always kept in contact either by e-mail or phone. Approximately three years ago, the family moved out, and Elders Real Estate was the only option considered to manage the property on behalf of the family. The property was rented out through Elders, and they managed all aspects of the property on behalf of the family. This was entirely made possible because of the relationship and trust and complete honesty built over the years with Greg Hawkins and the organisation he represented.
