The market is not easy at the moment, but Greg negotiated his way to a very satisfactory conclusion for me and I believe for the purchasers too. Throughout he has communicated with me regularly and has taken pains to explain aspects of the work he does, and the part played by the solicitor and banks. I have always appreciated this, particularly the easy manner in which he communicates. There's never a rush, the communication is always cheerful, and there's always the invitation to call and ask questions if I wish to. I thoroughly recommend Greg.
