I recently had the pleasure to invite Mr Greg Heard, Licensed Estate Agent, working with Tweed Sutherland First National Real Estate Bendigo (Victoria) to visit my parent’s property for an appraisal. Greg came highly recommended to my family and it was obvious from the time we met him that he was the ‘right’ person. We cannot speak highly enough of Greg, he is such a wonderful person, he is professional, well mannered, presents appropriately, understands people and treats everyone as an individual, actions what he says he will do, seems to be always ‘ten steps ahead’ of things, goes that extra mile, is very unassuming, instills confidence at all levels, communicates extremely well (most important), researches any issues that arises, co-ordinates well, has that ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude and has an obvious high level of understanding of his profession. Greg listed my parent’s property at Christmas time and where most people are ‘winding down’ Greg’s determination and motivation to ‘get things done’ created the situation where it was sold within three days of it being on the market (sold on 24th December). He ‘moved mountains’ to get things done. We found Greg to be an inspirational person to do business with especially at a time were there would have been the standard delays due to business closures, staff being on holiday over the festive season etc., some people would have thought it ‘all too hard’ and waited until the new year - not Greg!
