Friendliness - from the moment of first contact with Greg Heard via phone to the initial inspection of the property we eventually purchased we were made to feel welcome with any questions or requests met with honesty and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much to ask.. Professionalism - our decision to proceed with an offer was made simpler as we felt we had quickly developed a level of trust with Greg. Trust was very important to us as this was the first time we had bought interstate. Greg followed up with us as he had promised and guided us through the offer process with integrity and timeliness and ultimately negotiated a positive outcome for us literally within hours. Teamwork - equally impressive was the support and communication undertaken in the background by Greg's administration team. Greg and I had arranged an inspection time at the property via phone and within what seemed like minutes we received a confirmation email of time and date from Greg's office in addition to a copy of the Section 32.
