From the start we chose to go with a fixed fee service because we did not perceive any value in paying a percentage on the total value of the property, most of which would be achieved purely through market value, with only the margin potentially determined by agent activity. Our one reservation was in terms of what motivation the fixed fee agent would have to drive a maximum price. Our fears were quickly assuaged by Greg's professionalism; from the appraisal of the value, through to determining an agreed strategy and executing it. Throughout the process, which was only a few weeks in length, Greg kept us fully informed of all activity and provided analysis of this activity, both through the very informative online portal and verbally. Needless to say the property achieved very close to the value we were anticipating and did so quickly, particularly when considering the subdued state of the market at present. We cannot recommend Greg and Upside emphatically enough and would use their services again without hesitation.
