My experience with Greg and his team was very good. They did what they said they were going to do, they communicated, and provided immediate feedback (5-mins) after an on open house inspections. On the auction day they managed the auction very professionally, providing information and decision confirmation along the way. They were not pushy, or aggressive but rather informative, they acted on instructions given. I have no hesitation in recommending Greg, and Peter they were great to work with.
