It was by chance that I made contact with Black Diamond & I have to admit one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I can not speak highly enough of my dealings with Greg Howard he was always so confident of getting the best deal for us & never wavered not once . The super effort he & Xiaoli put in driving to Dural thru pouring rain each Wed & Sat open days certainly gave us great confidence. The video produced by Greg of the property is one of the best I have seen & undoubtedly was a major influence in the sale of Dural Downs ..... & that's coming from me a Film Producer .
