I'm not in the same State as the property I was selling and the requirements are different. From the first conversation, Greg's knowledge, professionalism and approachability gave me confidence that the process would be easy. All questions were answered (sometimes more than once) and Greg provided timely information on open homes and buyers. The property had multiple interested parties and I ultimately accepted a price marginally above my expectations. Couldn't have asked for more.
