I walked into Greg's office and said I want to sell my house. He made a scary process sound simple and easy. I went back the next day, signed papers. So easy. On the 4th day, Greg and Kim came to my house to take photos and measure up the floor plan. They are two people who came across as friends instead of real estate agents. A very welcoming team My house went of the market on a Wednesday. Greg took almost 10 people around my house, he recived 4 offers, and I got more than my initial asking price. Greg did a great job, given that we as executives acting on behalf of our fathers estate did set a high and possibly unrealistic price at the start for Greg to try and achieve. This and the fact that Ararat is not an easy town to sell real estate didn't help to have a quick sale, especially in the price range we wished to achieve. In the end we dropped the price to try and meet the market and Greg was successful in achieving a sale. I feel he did a great job given the market, and the slow sales rate that Ararat seems to have. An honest agent who kept us in touch when needed. Well done Greg.
