I am very sorry to hear that your buying experience fell short of the high standards of our Agency.
I assure you we value our clients and take great pride in providing exceptional service. I was more than a little shocked by your review as I felt our Agency has complied with all of your requests in a prompt manner including contract changes and re-negotiation on price you requested and communicated with you regularly throughout the contract period to assist you with the smooth transition to settlement date.
This is clearly evident with the excellent feedback we have received from a range of very satisfied client reviews we have received in the past who have expressed their satisfaction with our professionalism, experience and prompt attention to their various needs.
I certainly welcome the opportunity to address your concerns and amend this situation where possible and apologise for any unnecessary stress you may have experienced.
