We invited Greg to come and speak to us as he'd sold or was selling some other properties in the area. He'd done his homework and had realistic expectations of a sale price unlike others who seemed to promise more in order to get our business. Greg understood the emotional side of our sale being a deceased estate and the house being in our family for over 100 years. Ultimately Greg secured us a solid sale price in quick time and he kept us informed the whole way. In the end he did what he said. Would recommend him for sales in the Kogarah/Rockdale area

I cannot express my extreme satisfaction with regards to my dealings with Greg Kogias without it seeming too contrived or an advertisement. However I haven't been so pleased with a business dealing for a long time. The property was our family home (Mum's then) and I searched for an agent. Greg had been dealing with my mother for some time prior to the decision to sell, as had some other agents. I contacted several and I was pleased with most of their offerings, the decision boiled down to service, service, service. I live more than 100Km away from the property. The owner, Mum, is 91+ years and with it comes the associated physical & memory issues. I have polio, use crutches for short (30metre) walks or wheelchair. Mobility, balance & physical activities are, together with my age (69), very limiting. Greg has been the Agent Supreme for me. He went to Mum to explain what was going to be done regarding the sale (Mum wanted an Auction); he PERSONALLY went on a Sunday and cleaned the guttering of the garage (our Hanging Gardens of Babylon was gone); he organized the general cleaning up around the yard as well as getting the lawn mowed. During all this, Greg would suggest/ask what needed to be done and then DO IT! For the photoshoot, Greg tidied up the house, re-arranged some items (it amazed me how his touches transformed the look of the rooms) adding that "being in the business so long, one picks up a few ideas". I could not have have had a better person for advice and practical help. His team were also in constant touch and helpful when I couldn't immediately contact Greg. Mind you, he would return calls very quickly and I was never left with a feeling of 'what should I do now?" Greg is still helping me empty the house and I am thankful for that too. I honestly can recommend Greg & the team at GK Property Agents, Kogarah.
