This wasn't the easiest of sales! We were originally with another agent who took their foot off the gas when it was apparent the sale wouldn't happen quickly. They even recommended against running open homes as it was unlikely to attract a buyer! When we changed over to Greg (LJ Hooker Port Macquarie), we were pleasantly surprised. Greg breathed new life into the sales process, running a solid campaign that attracted new interest and lifted our spirits. Despite the campaign running for a number of months (including being passed in at auction), Greg maintained the momentum. He remained positive, responsive and never missed an opportunity to promote the home, changing and updating his campaign to attract new buyers. His communications with us could not be faulted. Greg's efforts ultimately secured a buyer and a good result... via an open home inspection. Anyone can sell houses when the market's hot. However sales when the market is on a downturn or slow seem to reveal the agents worth their salt. Greg is highly recommended.
