First time with Industry Expert.

All my previous dealings with agents (as buyer and vendor) were as expected and standard business interactions, in terms of service and knowledge. Engaging Greg Lord (as vendor) was my first time dealing with an actual industry expert and veteran agent. I did not have to worry about a single aspect of our sale, everything was smooth and executed perfectly. We were able to sell prior to auction (as per our preference) due to Greg’s communication skills and knowledge that he was able to impart on us and our prospective (and eventually final) buyers. Greg was entirely transparent the entire campaign and honestly communicated our performance within the market. Greg was also always contactable, always returning calls within minutes which is, in my experience, very rare. Greg returned a result for us which far exceeded our expectations. As above, dealing with an agent of Greg’s calibre was extraordinary, as was the service he provided. 100% recommend and will seek out in the future.
