Greg firstly presented Hardcourt’s offerings to my wife, she met 5 agents, Harcourt were not the cheapest but several agents just failed to impress. A few we know were going to be hard to beat for me but my wife was sold on Greg. I trusted her judgement, negotiated with Greg and accepted his marketing approach. Greg had followed up regularly thus far, it continued, he kept us informed and delivered everything he said when he said he would in terms of getting to market.
