Greg was very punctual and was very knowledgeable and really explained himself well, he knew what the local market was like and valued our house accordingly which was a great help to us. He helped with organising photos, open house and other inspections as they were requested or required. He also made himself available after we had relocated for carpet shampooing and the hand over of keys to the buyer.

Greg was the agent representing the sellers of the house I purchased. The house is in Queensland and I'm in Victoria and in these COVID times there was no way I could get to the property or talk to the sellers directly. Greg was always a phone call away to answer whatever and whenever I I needed to know. I haven't bought a house for 30 years so there was a LOT I needed to know. No question was too difficult or simple and Greg always helped me get the answer I needed so that I could move through to the purchase. He also gave me advice around getting legal support which has also been invaluable. I can't speak highly enough of what Greg has done.

Greg represented the sellers when we made a recent land purchase, however we felt very looked after by him. Greg responds quickly to requests, has an awareness of the needs of both buyer and seller, and makes himself available above and beyond what is required. He has made the whole process very easy.

Having found the perfect investment property but stuck overseas due to COVID19 and no flights back to Australia, Greg was very helpful and accommodating to my situation. He arranged 3D viewings and arranged viewing for my parents to visit on my behalf to inspect the property. Through out the process he was quick to reply to emails. Thanks Greg!
