Both were extremely helpful in advising us how to present the house in the best possible light, and were full of great ideas (as well as having a great group of tradies!) which we took on board. They are also just really nice people, as is the whole team, and as selling a house is such a stressful journey, it sure helps to have a great, caring, hard-working team on your side! However it was in negotiating the best price for us that Greg's skills really came to the fore and his judgement and professionalism is extremely impressive. Cannot recommend them enough!

Greg has demonstrated that he worked way beyond our expectations, always delivered on his promises, and achieved an excellent result for our house, which was regarded by some, as a mongrel in a street of Federation and Californian Bungalow houses. Greg was a great help in recently selling my mother’s unit. He provided guidance and contacts on styling and other services to make it as easy as possible to place the unit on the market. Once on the market advised on the pros and cons of accepting offers prior to auction. When we decide we would accept offers Greg did a great job in obtaining the best price possible between all interested parties. On top of this, when my mother passed away thus delaying settlement, Greg actively assisted to ensure everything proceeded as smoothly as possible.
