It was a fateful Wednesday when i was busy at work and given I wasn't going to be able to make it to the inspection over the weekend, I reached out to Greg and asked if I could see the property immediately. Greg's swift response was - 'Sure thing, come over anytime, I am flexible and I can show you the apartment right away'. I've never come across an agent who is that down to earth, and that easy to deal with and that easy to have a contract exchange done with. Even though the inspection of the apartment was largely over, Greg sensed that I was keen but hadn't made up my mind. Greg then offered to show the different aspects of the property - the laundry, the swimming pool, the spa and the outdoor area. Greg was honest, upfront and super transparent during the inspection and helped me understand where I stood and what offer was necessary for the property. Greg was super helpful and really helped me out in this purchase as it gives me a number of investment options and opportunities and is a pivotal post pandemic milestone in my life. Throughout the following days and weeks, Greg was super responsive to my many texts, calls, emails and was literally minutes away during the following days, leading upto contract exchange. I think what people and buyers most value from an agent, more than anything else is for them to pick up queues and to understand where they are coming from and what they are willing to offer, and what offer will get through to a vendor. The ability to close quickly is the key to great real estate transactions and from my experience, Greg has that in abundance and has a lot to offer to the community, particularly in the Sydney North shore region. We are swamped with agents and often we can't tell the trees from the forest, but when you meet a truly personable agent who is sharp, quick witted, responsive and works with you toe to toe, you have truly met a legend.
