Greg set a standard from the start, when we needed to select an Estate Agency he left us with a detailed market analysis and a further request to view our property to determine market value. I did not think we were ready to go to the market. Although we have tried to keep it in good order, our home needed repairs before going to the market. I was worried it would take six months and $60,000 to make my home ready for the market. Greg said it should only take a month and he assisted us in organizing tradesmen to make the repairs. Ther repairs included a quality staging, resurfacing kitchen counter top, electrical repairs and replacement of dated lightning, and much more, but the total cost came in under $20,000.
