After our property failed to sell under a different agency, we appointed Jessica and Greg to re-list our property. We met a large number of local agents, but we were impressed by their ability to articulate a clear selling strategy that made sense in shifting market conditions. Throughout the campaign, I was provided weekly reporting on both the buyers who came to inspections along with the listing sites statistics (domain.com & realestate.com). We didn't receive any formal reporting with our prior agent & I was impressed how they also detailed all follow up communication (ie how many times they had called, left voicemails etc). This reporting provided us the transparency we wanted, especially given we don't live in the area. In the lead up to the auction, I felt both agents provided us a fair assessment on buyer appetite and recommended strategies to extract the most value possible from the sale process.
