Greg worked with us and kept us informed every step throughout the process. It started with discussing the sales process, showing us many options and suggestions based on recent performance. He then went through the expected sales price range showing examples of recent sales in the area. The open for inspections were timely and gave many opportunities for potential buyers to view the property. At all stages we were kept informed on the feedback of the inspections and the interest shown by potential purchasers. When the final offer was made it was even higher than we expected.
