Greg Okladnikov was a pleasure to deal with. Greg went over and above to ensure the process of selling out house was as easy and smooth as possible. His knowledge of the market in the auburn area is exceptional. As we live 12 hours away from Sydney, Greg made sure he was there for us every step of the way. He was understanding of our situation and sincere.

Greg Okladnikov lived up to the good reputation enjoyed by Starr Partners in Auburn for many years.During our sale process he communicated well at all times and when a buyer was found he worked hard to achieve the best price. I would recommend Greg and the Starr Partners Auburn team to anyone looking for a reliable agent who will get the best price without raising unrealistic expectations .

I sold 3 properties over the last 10 years and Greg is the top agent I dealt with. He is honest, straight and put the time and efforts to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied. I recommend him and would use him again and again if I sell in the future. Sam

Greg's professionalism was evident from the first meeting. His knowledge of the area was spot on and his communication during the sale process was excellent. He always called after every weekend opening to provide buyer feed back and also kept us up to date via email. There were also mid week updates and communication was very strong during the negotiation period. We were very happy with the level of service provided and would highly recommend Greg to friends and family in the area.

Greg is my agent of choice and has been for a number of years. First and foremost, he is one of the very few agents that speaks frankly, realistically and without false hope however is also happy to support any ideas you have along the way to try and achieve a great outcome. Greg and his team act with integrity, i have full trust in the service that he provides and refer him to anyone that will listen. Thanks very much Greg you have achieved for us in this sale, 2 of the record sales for a double lot property in Guildford, what more needs to be said.

Greg would have to be the most professional real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He has a thorough understanding of the market. He is honest, reliable and most of all trustworthy. His personal touch and approach puts him above all real estates I have ever dealt with and have no hesitation in recommending him. Love your work Greg.
