I am a retired engineer, and during the last 50 years, my wife and I have purchased and re-sold some 13 ( or more ?) residential properties, mainly in Victoria. We are well experienced in all aspects of buying and selling real estate, and dealing with Real Estate Agents. Last year, we found ourselves in Queensland charged with restoring and selling Mum's house; ( - she passed away peacefully aged 97 !) Our overall experiences with Mark Goodman and Greg Parchetta were as good, or better, than any other Real Estate sales or purchase we have made in the last 50 years. They were the only agents who pro-actively visited the property TWICE to enquire about selling it before we had finished preparing it for sale; and although we obtained in total 4 quotes and sales proposals, theirs was by far the most reasonable and comprehensive. They conducted every open for inspection on time, they reported back to us immediately after each inspection, and the property was sold within a month, at a reasonable price. There were no problems anywhere with paperwork, settlement, etc; which was comforting, as we ended up finalising the business from back home in Victoria. We would use them again if we were ever needing to sell a property in the Noosa /Sunshine Beach area. Thanks again Gentlemen for a job well done.
