Greg was excellent with regards to his keeping us informed of what was happening with our sale and the online marketing was fantastic! Our only disappointment was that we received $40,000 below what we were expecting to receive for our property based on Greg's initial discussions with us. Our own assessment of the "market value" and that of a couple of other agents were closer to the mark and I would have preferred to be prepared up front rather than getting my "hopes up". I must say though, ours was a "unique" property and if we had waited around to find the "perfect" purchaser we may have received a little more.

We met Greg Parker at a viewing in a Carrara property, he was very friendly. When it was time to sell our property, we couldn't think of someone else even though we have met only once. The saying first impression always counts, well Greg surely did this to us. After contacting him and he agreed to help us even though this was not his area. He came to our apartment well prepared with sales history of previous properties, answered all our questions and was straight forward with us unlike others that was painting a perfect sales picture. He was very knowledgeable, gave us a real estimate, polite and friendly. We felt as if we have known him for a long time thats how comfortable we felt with him. He has always answered my emails, text and calls. He is also very respectful. My little one is normal shy around stranger but with Greg she bonded. And in the end as expected he delivered and our apartment was sold around the time frame we had in mind. Yes it was slow at first but with Greg expertise, he change the sales strategy and it worked. Now that we were in the market to buy, we have met so many agents and viewed many properties but nothing were to our liking. Strange as it sounds we ended having Greg to our rescue and found a very nice townhouse that he had listed. Once again he made everything easy for us. We couldn't be happier with him and would highly recommend this man Mr Greg Parker for all your real estate dealings. Simply a brilliant agent and a friend.
