Considering our timeline Greg explained the best time to hit the market in order to maximise best price opportunities. Greg explained the process and gave advice where asked for in presenting the home and value-add items, including those that wouldn't increase sale value! The whole process was well managed and fully communicated throughout the sale and is still ongoing whist we wait to settle.
