Greg showed us the block of land and explained that there are people interested that wanted to purchase it but as the DA had not been approved their solicitor was advising them not to put a deposit until finalized. Greg was very open with the information that another buyer was interested in the block. There was extensive delay (months) and no deposit was taken. This protracted the vendors sale and they wanted to sell so the contract was negotiated to account for the delayed DA and the vendor sold as they were not prepared to wait any longer. Greg kept us and the solicitors informed throughout the process and we were happy with the outcome.

We were fortunate to know Greg and his family personally, he conducted himself professionally and honestly. He also gave us local knowledge of previous sales and trends of Camden Park, Combined had sold alot of homes in the area previously. Explained the nature of house as unique, appealing to a select market that we would promote to because of the quality and size of our residence being 6 bedrooms. In the long and stressful search to find the right home that BOTH my husband and I loved, Greg was an absolute Godsend. In such a booming market you are really just a number on an agents long list of buyers and you really can feel hopeless and frustrated. Buying in a market where homes can not be seen until they are launched at an open house where there are 50 other buyers really makes it hard to get your foot in the door without overpaying.
