Greg showed us the block of land and explained that there are people interested that wanted to purchase it but as the DA had not been approved their solicitor was advising them not to put a deposit until finalized. Greg was very open with the information that another buyer was interested in the block. There was extensive delay (months) and no deposit was taken. This protracted the vendors sale and they wanted to sell so the contract was negotiated to account for the delayed DA and the vendor sold as they were not prepared to wait any longer. Greg kept us and the solicitors informed throughout the process and we were happy with the outcome.
