Greg is a a very approachable, hands on real estate agent who tells you how it is. I didn't want a full on breakdown on real estate in the area - just the basics, which Greg provided with expert knowledge. He even manged to get me an awesome price but I felt bad that I wasn't quite as excited as he was ......
