Our purchase was a complicated one - we were buying into a Community Title and during the sale process, the legal side became fraught when another party put a Caveat on the title after we had signed the sale contract. Greg was very helpful during this process and did his best to help us with some difficult people. Our only real issue was that when we first visited the property, it wasn’t made clear that we would be buying into an Intentional Community. However Greg was a great communicator, works hard for his clients and buyers and knows the local market well.
