Greg and Alex are a great team. They are very knowledgable, managed to achieve a good result selling my grandma's loved property. They were very sensible in understanding her feelings. I bought an apartment from Greg. There was some damage and some broken items in the apartment that needed fixing by the seller and Greg arranged for the repair work immediately. We also needed access to the vacant apartment prior to settlement for the delivery of a bed, to have the carpets cleaned and have a locksmith do some work. Greg happily went to the apartment on each occasion to open the apartment for the delivery and to give the trades people access. I was very impressed in his willingness to help make our move a lot easier. If I was selling, I would use Greg as my agent.

Greg took over the marketing and sale of my unit several months ago. The Canberra unit market was quite depressed with many new properties in the market, credit tight and a potential new government with an investment property agenda. After several attempts, professional media presentations and a number of ‘walk throughs’, serious offers were still non existent. With the fortunate exit of the tenant Greg suggested a simple facelift - painting and cleanup. Done. There is no way we can adequately thank Team Robson (Greg and Alex) for selling our house over the weekend.
