Introducing Greg Ryan, an experienced agent specializing in agribusiness and rural property sales across the Central West. With a career spanning over three decades, Greg is a licensed Stock and Station, Real Estate Agent, and Auctioneer. Growing up on a family farm in Trangie, Macquarie Valley, Greg developed a deep understanding of rural life. He completed his high school education at St Stanislaus College, where he spent four years boarding. Greg's professional journey began as a Stock and Station agent in Dubbo, serving clients throughout the Central West. He then spent six years with Landmark in Yass, Moss Vale, and Deniliquin in the Riverina region. During his time in Gloucester on the Mid North Coast, Greg started balancing his expertise in livestock auctioneering with rural property sales. In 2015, Greg joined the prestigious Bowyer & Livermore team to focus on livestock and rural property sales in the Central Tablelands. Initially based in the Portland office, he later seized the opportunity to work with the Oberon team. Since June 2015, Greg has been based in the Oberon office, witnessing the growing interest of buyers in the Central Tablelands and Central West, largely driven by the strength of the Sydney property market. While working in the agency industry, it has enable me to develop strong communication, negotiation and resolution skills. These skills are essential to any agent working to maximize the best outcome from their clients property sales.
