Sold my son the tenanted property, to be vacated by settlement, but vendor reneged as soon as tenants had left! Wonder who put them up to this plan! As the title says, certainly an unethical agent who is supposed to be working with the vendor and the buyer. REI confirmed that it is not an illegal activity, but they consider it certainly to be unethical. SO BEWARE.
