I can't recommend Greg Smith of Explore Property, Yungaburra highly enough. He did a fantastic job selling my house. He was organised, diligent, informative and always helpful and pleasant to work with. Thanks Greg, you made what is sometimes a challenging process seem easy.

Greg has great communication skills and loads of local knowledge. Would highly recommend him and I'm looking forward to moving into my new home

Greg gets the job done. Professional approach and easy to communicate with.

Greg is an easy going agent who listens and will do the hard yards for a sale. He had prospective buyers lined up for viewings and offers in case of withdrawals. Turnover from initial consultation, photos then onto websites was only a few days. Well done!!!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Greg to sell our property. He has been polite, always conducting himself in a professional manner. Communication between us was excellent at all times. He listened to us and acknowledged what our requirements and needs were during the sale process. From that, some advice was offered by Greg as to how to go about preparing the property for sale. He has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate industry which led to our property going on contract just three weeks after being listed for sale. We are very happy with Greg and give him 100% recommendation as a real estate agent.

Greg was profession and effective in marketing and selling my property. I live in another part of Australia and Greg was able to sell the property without the requirement of me physically attending the property or an agency office.

Greg demonstrates a huge knowledge of the whole of the Atherton tablelands, Greg from the moment the property was with his professional agency (explore property) he takes every opportunity to seal a deal that everyone is happy with! Thanks again for your efforts Greg

Greg was extremely helpful and accommodating. Such a down to earth nice person and very easy to deal with. If it wasn't for Greg we probably would have missed out on this opportunity to buy this awesome home, many thanks Greg we cant wait to see you at handover.

Greg was professional, honest and clear about the process of selling our house. He was exceptionally good at providing feedback at every step of the sale. I believe he created more interest in the property to potential buyers which ultimately created a “bidding war” and a sale well above the asking price. He could not have achieved such an excellent result without going above and beyond expectations as an agent. I will recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.

We have found greg as a knowledgeable A great commitment agent Nothing is to much trouble He comes highly recommended . 100 percent genuine.

Greg was very professional & easy to work with. He kept us very informed throughout the negotiations as you would expect . Would gladly use him again & recommend him to all potential buyers.

We recently purchased our new home through Greg and found him to be very helpful. As we are moving from Central Queensland,Greg was able to share his local knowledge to help us make the move a lot easier. Greg showed genuine interest in both ours and the sellers needs and I would happily recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling their home. One very happy customer!
