Charming and professional

Greg Smith was brilliant to to deal with, easy going but always professional. I imagine buying a house or property is always stressful but Greg kept that stress to a minimum, he answered all my questions and anything he didn't have an answer for he went out of his way to find one. Communication and negotiations between myself and the previous owner were made efficient and straight forward with Greg's assistance. From my perspective Greg never set me up for failure, giving honest and realistic expectations at every step. He made conducting inspections easy and efficient, in fact the hardest thing was the settlement time, as everything else was so straight forward. If I have a chance in the future, I would definitely seek out Greg Smith for any future property purchases in the local area.
